Our Quality Policy
The AYB shows superior sensitivity to fulfill the requirements of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015. Our company and all staff are responsible for the quality and continuity of each AYB activity and are committed to improvement.
Our company followed a continuous improvement process with ISO9001: 2008 in 2011, TSE-HYB in 2017 and ISO9001: 2015 in 2018. Moreover, we continue to work for AQAP 2120 and AS EN 9001 standards, which are among Defense Industry requirements.
AYB is aware that “Total Quality Management” is a team work and thus adopts such understanding from top management to employees in the lowest unit along with the suppliers.
The Management meets at least twice a year under the chairmanship of Directors to review our quality system management, to discuss in detail all business matters including customer feedback, process performance and supplier scoring, and to assess aimed and fulfilled goals.
In addition to the abovementioned, in order to ensure continuity of the training of the personnel, to create awareness of quality responsibility, to encourage employees to produce new ideas by focusing on performance and efficiency, it also holds monthly quality meetings on individual basis during which any problems that affect quality and / or results (on the agenda by staff or management) can be addressed. We strive mightily to be an exemplary institution in our industry in terms of quality as in every other aspect.
